2 tbsp Mint, fresh leaves
1/4 tsp Orange, zest
1/2 cup Red onion
1 Yogurt with orange essence

Condiments

1/2 tsp Honey
3 tbsp Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Salt and pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Olive oil

1 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
