Grilled Skirt Steak with Herb Salsa Verde This was the main course for the Memorial Day dinner. Nobody makes flank steak like my son Paul, so I had to do something different. This was simplicity at it's best! Used the herb salsa on salmon at the same time, both were perfect. I can't wait to try it with chicken and lamb!
