Corn and Black Bean Stuffed Peppers Ingredients: 1/2 pound ground turkey, 1/2 large onion, 1 cup black beans, 1 cup frozen corn, 1 tbsp. taco seasoning (or sub for no wheat seasonings), 3 large bell peppers, 1 cup of shredded cheese (I used Monterrey jack)
Pp: YoYou must try this. This is one of my favorite spring meals. I will mix it all together and stuff it into a green pepper and skip the bread. Delicious, healthy and high protein meal to satisfy your hunger.
