    • 1 Egg, large


    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 Dash Hot sauce
    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

    Baking & Spices

    • 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 1/2 tsp Old bay seasoning

    Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 2/3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
    • 1 Olive-oil cooking spray

    Bread & Baked Goods

    • 1 cup Panko


    • 2 tbsp Milk, nonfat
