Gnocchi With Squash and Kale from FoodNetwork.com OMG - I could eat this everyday!!! I roasted squash before adding to recipe. I sauteed chicken breasts, garlic, & olive oil in skillet & set aside chicken before adding other initial ingredients to pan. I also used 3 cups + of chicken broth (more than it called for).
Spaghetti with Kale and Lemon. I make this without the parmesan and use Daiya vegan cheese and a bit of chili, and extra garlic, and it is delicious!
