1 Onion, medium
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 Red bell pepper
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Tomatoes in, whole juice

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

2 tsp Olive oil

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1/2 cup White wine, dry

Gluten Free Dinner Recipe - Delicious chicken marsala - just like Johnny Carinos. Does call for 2 tbsp flour, but I'm sure it could be replaced with rice flour or some other gluten free flour.

    yes it should be fine if you replacing flour into rice flour, almond flour or any other gluten free flour. I ate this many times and sometimes i forgot to put in flour.... it didnt ruin anything, really. :)
