Penne with Spinach Sauce NOTES: I added walnuts and an egg to the mixture in the blender to up the protein and creaminess of the sauce. I also left out the goat cheese, which I didn't have, and used 2 oz. cream cheese. The pasta was delicious but very garlicky. Next time I will use just one large clove of garlic.
Recipe of the Day: Giada's Speedy Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto. She blends sun-dried tomatoes with garlic for a no-cook sauce, then warms the mixture with hot cooked pasta before serving.
