Pioneer Woman recipe for Pasta Puttanesca. The recipe calls for bucatini (or spaghetti), red onion, grape tomatoes, garlic, anchovies, pitted yummy olives, olive oil, chicken broth or wine, basil, and Parmesan cheese. I can't wait to try it.
Spring Pasta with Morels We altered this by using dried morels and then using the liquid from soaking them in with the mushrooms. As well, we roasted the asparagus first. We would cut down the fettucini for this recipe...or you could up the mushrooms and asparagus. Otherwise, amazingly good.
