BHG Pistachio-Fruit Biscotti: 3/4 C sugar; 5 tbsp butter, melted; 2-1/2 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp baking powder; 3/4 tsp almond extract; 2 lg eggs; 2 lg egg whites; 1 C golden raisins/snipped dried apricots; 1-1/2 Cs pistachio nuts, chopped; 2-1/2 Cs flour. Stir together 1st 5 ingredients. Add eggs & egg whites, beating well. Fold in fruit & nuts. Stir in flour until blended.
