Caprese Skewers ~1 pint cherry tomatoes 1 bunch basil leaves 8oz fresh mozzarella cheese Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling 2-3 dozen long toothpicks/skewers ~Slice tomatoes in half. Slice mozzarella in chunks. Slide mozzarella on toothpick. Fold basil leaf in half or thirds,nestle next to mozzarella. Slide tomato on bottom of skewer, Drizzle lightly w/vinegar.
Paula Deen The Lady’s Cheesy Mac - 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 cups grated cheddar cheese. 3 eggs, beaten. 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup milk. Never thought of adding sour cream to macaroni & cheese, but I love sour cream... so it's worth a try!
