Freezer -to- crockpot: almost no processed ingredients No need to cook before hand. Just add to freezer bag! I did a couple of these recipes. They turned out well and are easy--there are just some that we don't eat. But great pin, includes recipes and shopping list. I love it when people are nice enough to do all the work for me :)

I think next time I will only go for 5 hours to make it less dry, but it still came out “pull apart good” and tender. The sauce was creamy and very tasty. Will make again!
