Homemade Foaming Soap--My foaming soap dispenser was empty and I remembered this idea I had seen on Pinterest. I happened to have a jug of cheap liquid hand soap. So, I poured an inch or so into my empty dispenser and filled it with water. I tipped it back and forth several times to mix well. Works just like the foaming hand soap you buy and it's REALLY cheap! You can't use a plain pump---it has to be the foaming soap kind.
