Chicken Enchiladas and Enchilada Sauce - Great! Used La Victoria sauce. Mixed it with crockpot cooked shredded chicken, cheddar, plain yogurt. Rolled up in whole wheat tortillas and poured more sauce on top. More cheese and olives.
