That's cool. Herbs in "frozen" olive oil is one of my favorite ways to harvest. The herbs don't get dry , brown and brittle in the same way they do when they get frozen in water. They also retain their scent and flavor much more effectively!
Herbcubes, as I like to call them! Just freeze fresh herbs in ice cube trays and add to water or any drink for a refreshing kick! Try mint, sweet basil, lavender, tarragon, rosemary, kaffir lime leaves or even add lemon, lime or orange peel.
