Chewy Chocolate Macaroons (Unsweetened chocolate) Melt 4oz (1/2 cup) of bitter chocolate. Add 14oz can sweetened condensed milk & 14oz bag of Flake coconut. Mix well. Roll in 1-inch balls (or drop from teaspoon) onto baked, parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
1 regular pound cake (use angel food cake if you want a lighter texture) - cut up into squares. 2 boxes (2 pounds total) of strawberries Skewer the pound cake squares alternately with the strawberries onto a kabob stick. Melt a 12 oz package of semi-sweet chips in the microwave (a minute at a time, stirring after each minute until mixture is melted and smooth) and drizzled the chocolate over the kabobs. *Used the shorter 6-7″ sticks which makes the perfect serving size.
