    Jeff's Hot Dog Chili Made this tonight, it was awesome, I could eat it by itself. I did what some of the other people said and used beef broth instead of water after draining the hamburger grease. I also added a little garlic powder but otherwise followed the recipe.

    Crockpot - Beef & Broccoli Put 1 lb. boneless, beef chuck roast, sliced, 1 cup beef broth or consume, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 T. sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves, minced in crockpot. Cook for 4 hours on low. Add uncooked broccoli with an hour remaining. Whisk 2 T. cornstarch with 4 T of juice and add back to crockpot to thicken. Serve over rice.
