    Halloween Witch's Hat Cookies ----- 32 Hershey Kisses, 1 (11 1/2 ozs) pkg. fudge-striped shortbread cookies, and 1 tube (4.25 ozs) orange or red decorating icing. -- Attach 1 chocolate kiss to chocolate bottom of each cookie using the decorating icing. Pipe icing around base of the candy kiss.

Spooky Treats For All To Eat This Halloween – 23 Pics

Witch Hat Recipe: 1 bag of Hershey's Kisses, 1 tube of orange icing, 1 pack of the chocolate striped cookies with the hole in the center. Now, turn the cookie upside down, so that the chocolate side faces up. Use the orange icing to make a line around the outside of the center hole. Place the Hershey Kiss over each cookie hole. That's it! Super easy and the kids will love these!

For the fingers I used Smarties. Then I filled them rest of the way with mini Hershey candy bars and mini Reeses peanut butter cups, and Hershey Kisses. I had to add a little ring. Once filled, I just tied them with craft ribbon. Easy peasy.

i like this. shes adamant about being a witch this year. though i think ill be a black cat or bat to accompany her, not match her. every witch needs a familiar :)
