Asian Peanut Noodles with Chicken – Lightened Up | I've made this recipe a few times before--it's phenomenal! And since it uses Better'n Peanutbutter of your daily fat per serving) instead of regular peanutbutter of your daily fat) it's a lot less guilty.
spicy thai noodles 1-2 T crushed Red Pepper, 1/4 c veg oil, 1/2 c seasame oil - cook 2 min. Strain out pepper. Add 6T honey & 6T soy sauce. Toss with 1pkg linquine or Angel hair pasta cooked. Over pasta, add 1/2C green onion, 2 shred carrot, 1/2C cilantro, 3/4 C peanuts. Stir & enjoy!
You can enjoy these Kung Pao Noodles without the guilt (under 300 calories), because I replaced the noodles with zoodles (zucchini noodles) and the results were fantastic!! Edited rec to add two tbsp of chunky peanut butter to the sauce. It was delicious!
