    I really want to make this adorable egg and bacon breakfast but I melted the white chocolate chips and I don’t know what happen but the chocolate got overcooked or something because it turned lumpy , can someone tell me at what temperature should I melt the chips? thanks

    I do my chocolate in the microwave....1 minute the first time, stir and continue in about 20 second intervals......stirring in between. I use the entire bag of melting chocolate when doing this. Good luck!!
