Stairs in Melk Abbey (or Stift Melk), an Austrian Benedictine abbey, and one of the world's most famous monastic sites. It is located above the town of Melk on a rocky outcrop overlooking the river Danube in Lower Austria, adjoining the Wachau valley.

Now to find something like this, paint it yellow and hang it in my daughter's bedroom. She has an obsession with yellow.

this has all the 'pull" for me, something old, mysterious, abandoned and beautiful, waiting for the right soul to reinvigorate it

Apparently Dublin has a lot of colorful doors such as this one. Add that to my list of reasons why I need to visit/live there.
