Outdoor Kitchen... A spacious counter for cooking and entertaining --made of recycled wood and cinder blocks -- cost almost nothing. Originally, the cinder blocks were part of the chimney at the back of the house. Decorative painting gave them a pleasing gray patina.

outdoor sink/grill/storage Katie something like this is very do-able on ya'll's patio. You wouldn't want built in obviously but could piece together from used kitchen cabinets with a skim coat of concrete I think. Love the herbs, flowers on the ledge etc.
