    Beef Barley Soup. Will be making this tomorrow. Will skip the frozen veggies, use beef broth rather than bouillon, and will definitely cook veggies right in with the beef.

    Beef Barley Vegetable Soup - A chuck roast is cooked with barley and bay leaf in a slow cooker before it is cubed and added to a soup pot of simmering vegetables in a beef broth.

    *Beef Barley Vegetable Soup - so incredible! Used 2 bay leaves, Worcester sauce, some dashes of Tabasco. Used beef stew meat, frozen vegetable soup veggie mix, and frozen broccoli. Threw everything into slow cooker minus the barley for 10 hours on low. Added barley then cooked on low another hour. Superb!
