Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.
Wedding-day white teeth! My dentist actually told me about this. Use a little toothpaste, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.( previous pinned wrote)
2000 yr Old Skin Lotion Recipe 2t honey, 10Tbeeswax, 200mL almond oil,1/2 c rosewater. Sorry, but it is the rosewater that is the active ingredient. Hard to find a quality rosewater, but it is SO GOOD. Rose water and rose essential oil both great for skin, wrinkles and blemishes.
Once a week for 20 minutes, sit in a hot bath that contains a handful of Epsom salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, and a half cup of baking soda. This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress-related hormones, and balances your pH levels. I need to try this sometime this weekend!

We continue to be spellbound by the soft-scrubbing, smell-stopping, subtle power of baking soda. There are so many uses for it. We recently came across some baking soda uses from True Value hardware - check them out after the jump...
Add orange peels (or any citrus peel) to a quart of white vinegar in a closed container and let it set for two weeks. Combine citrus/vinegar solution half/half with water and use for cleaning. Works on floors, tile, fixtures, etc. Smells good and is tough on scum! Best of all there are no chemicals.
