      Strawberry Champagne Slushies... 1 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled, 1 750 ml champagne or sparkling wine, 1-2 T honey. Reserve 1/2 champagne in fridge. Blend other ingredients well in blender & freeze into ice cubes. Blend totally frozen champagne ice cubes, in blender. Combine with remaining chilled champagne. Serve with spoons or straws. Makes 6.
