homemade communion bread: 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour, 9 Tbsp oil, 5 Tbsp cold water, 1/2 tsp salt. Preheat oven to 350*. In a measuring cup mix oil, cold water and salt to emulsify. Pour over flour, ( I start with 1 1/2 C flour then add as needed) mix until dry ingredients are wet. Do not knead. Form a smooth ball. Roll out between two sheets of wax paper. Put on cookie sheet and mark for Communion Bread. Bake 20-25 min. Do not over bake.
