Your bread start. make your own or get from a friend. to make, 2 1/4 tbsp. dry yeast, 1 cup warm water, 3 tbsp. sugar & 3 tbsp. potato flakes. put in large glass jar & cover with paper towel & let sit on counter for 5 days. stir & take 1 cup for your starter. cover & keep in fridge. Feed every 3 days with 3 tbsp. flakes, 2/3 cup sugar & 1 cup warm water. Let sit out all day or night & use or discard 1 cup. Put back in fridge.

Take your start out & feed it. If you don't have a start get one from a friend or start your own. I have a recipe on my sourdough bread rolls to start your own.

Put on cookie sheet and mark for Communion Bread. Bake 20-25 min. Do not over bake.
