Made these mini German pancakes with blueberry sauce for breakfast today. They were super easy to make & tasted pretty good. A bit eggy, so next time I think I will use one less egg. The blueberry sauce was delicious!
German Pancakes: milk flour ½ t salt melted butter. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Grease baking dish w butter & pour in pancake batter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
