    I did this about a year ago and lost around 7 lbs during it. (I also only did 6 days, not 7 because we went out to a restaurant on the 7th day). It was difficult, but I felt really good at the end of it. Eating all the fruit makes you pee out toxins. Also, you need to be drinking lots and lots of water the whole time. I definitely did not gain all the weight back - it just helped jumpstart me into eating healthier and getting on the right track. I've lost 20 lbs since then.

    do this diet once in a while when my metabolism has slowed down. Instead of a lipton mix I add organic chicken broth and I do use a pinch of salt on my soup. I use garlic instead of onions sometimes and omit the cabbage and tomatoes in my soup and add in asparagus, bok choy,mushrooms on veggie days. I usually loose 2 to 5 pounds in a week and continue losing weight

    It works wonders...by day 5 I had lost 8 pounds...day 7 all 10 pounds were lost

    Im can't get my hands on lipton soup mix, so I was planning on using beef stock.. Are we alowed to eat the soup every day? I was under the impression you are only allowed it on day 7..??

Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

JUST THE SOUP RECIPE on the last day! Use low sodium tomatoes and onion soup mix. (The diet could cause serious problems if done as recommended, but doing a sensible combo of 1-6 every day is basically healthy eating.)
