Another pinner said: Holy Fall comfort food wonderfulness! This was such an easy meal, and it was packed with warm goodness of BBQ pork and sweet potato! I used skinless boneless pork chops, since that's what I had on hand, and is a little healthier. It just came out a little more like chopped BBQ instead. I will absolutely make this again. (Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potato)
Pulled Chicken Sandwiches 3 cups thinly sliced onion 1 teaspoon canola oil 1 3/4 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons molasses 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 8 (1.2-ounce) whole-wheat hamburger buns, toasted
Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed pork loin- this was delicious and very easy! I did not use my crock pot, instead I seared the pork loin on all sides in a roasting pan, then transferred it to a 450F oven and continued cooking until internal temp reached 145F. Meanwhile, heated and thickened glaze on stove and then brushed it over the pork loin. Sliced, served with remaining glaze. Excellent!
