Ham & Cheese Pretzel Bites. More fussiness to do from scratch, but yay, homemade pretzel dough. Tip: if it's not a dairy-based pretzel dough, the same boil-then-bake process with a water-based dough (like Trader Joe's prefab pizza dough, hint hint) becomes BAGEL. Bagels and pretzels are first cousins -- so you can snack in the family without spending a day in the kitchen.
