I've never seen a site like this... You click on the part you want to work on and it tells you easy exercises you can do at home!

This workout looks amazing AND not boring! I would do the first 2 exercises as a warmup, go for my run, then come back and do the whole thing.

I need to start doing this!! Seems like it would be a great workout. (I wouldn't advise beginners to do this!)
