Enchilada Lasagna

Enchilada Lasagna - I LOVE this recipe. It's easy, has few ingredients, and is absolutely DELISH.

Good taste but one crescent roll package isn't near enough. I couldn't use all of the mixture and it still didn't wrap around it. And it stuck to the paper so I would suggest spraying it with cooking spray.
