1/4 lb Applewood-smoked bacon
1 3/4 lbs Ground beef chuck


1 1/4 tsp Ancho chiles, ground
1/2 cup Celery
1 1/2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh
1 1/2 tsp Flat-leaf parsley
1 cup Onion
1 1/2 tsp Rosemary, fresh
1 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh


3 Eggs, large

Canned Goods

2 tbsp Chipotle chiles from canned chipotle chiles in adobo


7/8 cup Ketchup

Baking & Spices

3/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp Kosher salt
1 1/4 tsp Paprika, smoked

Oils & Vinegars

1 Vegetable oil spray, Nonstick

Brown Sugar Meat Loaf ---UPDATE--- omg, this meatloaf is divine! Yummy and sweet, followed the recipe pretty much to a T, except I used 1 lb lean ground beef, 1/2 lb turkey, and only one teaspoon seasoned salt. This will be my valentines dinner for my bf, I know he will love it ;)
