Hahahaha this couldn't be more true...everyone should try CrossFit.  I grew up playing individual and team sports and I like the competitive edge you get with those sports.  I have never felt that same rush with ANY workout until I started CrossFit.  You will never have as much fun or enjoy a workout as much as you do when you complete a WOD (workout of the day)!
