He is considered a genius because he created the Theory of Relativity, and so, challenged Newton’s laws, that were the basis of everything known in physics until the beginning of the 20th century. But, as a person, he was considered a beatnik, and this picture, taken on March 14, 1951 proves that.

    April 5, 1887: Helen Keller "Miracle" Occurs. If you've seen the movie "The Miracle Worker" you've probably never forgotten the scene where Helen first realizes that Anne Sullivan is spelling out the word w-a-t-e-r. The true miracle is that the word was spelled out, which meant that Helen could now have an infinite number of words at her command. Before that, she'd been limited to about sixty signs for everything in the universe.
