Sugar Cubes: 1 cup sugar; 1 tablespoon water (white) or 1 tablespoon berry tea (pink); mold suitable for microwave. Put sugar and water into a bowl and stir until sugar is thoroughly moistened. Put the sugar mixture in mold. Press with a spoon until sugar mixture is firmly packed. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Let cool before carefully removing from mold. Store in an airtight container.
Decorated sugar cubes. Use cookie frosting and make 2 drops side by side and drag a toothpick diagonally down to create a heart. Can also freeze the sugar cube and dip in chocolate first, then decorate with a heart.
