Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.

Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). If you have a craving for something, only eat as much as you need to kill that craving. Plus don't consume sugar drinks.
As someone whose always said she would NEVER EVER EVER take up running, once I start in July I'll have to remember this is that I can run from my own hypocrisy..lol Yes, yes I'm about to take up running...thanks pinterest!!!!! Wish my luck folks I'm 50 this year and I doubt I have run but once since I was a toddler.
