    Seafood gumbo, made with shrimp, lots of crab, and usually oysters is definitely a Deep South tradition for the holidays. Mama always made her seafood gumbo on Christmas Eve and that was a tradition at our house.

    MADE IT - Made fried eggs with olive oil instead of poached eggs, added oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper to egg; couldn't find arugula so made w/o it; could prob use turkey bacon rather than prosciutto to save on cost - Toasted bagel breakfast sandwich with prosciutto and egg.
