Beetroot Tarte Tartin from Cannelle et Vanille / The raw beet salad served with a bit of goat cheese and pistachios was my lunch. Marinated in a vinaigrette of apple cider vinegar, honey and a touch of pistachio oil. Beautiful to look, nutritious, and flavorful.
