Dad’s Swiss Steak: 2 Pounds Top round steak or london broil...1 Can cream of mushroom soup... 1 Can Stewed tomato (italian herb flavor)... 1 Can Beef broth... Mix all other ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over meat...Cover and cook 6-8 hours on LOW. I serve over white rice and a side of green beans, just like my dad liked it!
Sloppy Joes 1 Pound of Ground Beef 1 Cup of Sweet Onion 3/4 Cup of Ketchup 1 Tablespoon of Chili Sauce 1 Tablespoon of Prepared Mustard 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar 1 Tablespoon of Sugar 1 Package of Hamburger Buns Brown beef and onions in saucepan. Drain. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours Serve on buns.
