If not now, when? Great question to ask yourself, and to help yourself realize putting something off doesn't make it any better.

When embarking on a fitness plan, my first goal is to look good in my clothes and my subsequent goal is to look fab w/out my clothes. Progress and NOT perfection has always been my motto as it pertains to exercise and everything else!!! One love.

Excuses only hold you back...stop making excuses and do what is difficult because in the end...you'll find it is well worth it.

Regardless of what the media conveys, skinny is not always desirable. A healthy and fit body is the best goal to strive for. So do not be afraid of the nutrient-packed foods and learn to love your diet and yourself!
