In a perfect world, we'd all leap out of bed every morning superexcited to slip on our sports bra and sneaks to head out for a life-changing workout, but let's face it — some days we're less than motivated.
Seems a little much, but I'm up for the challenge. Not that i need to be. I just wanna see if it works. I want to try doing those 10 sets of 100 (so 1000 jumping jacks per day), everyday for 1 week for a total of 7,000 to see if you really do lose a pound.
