1 tsp Chinese fermented bean paste or fermented chili bean paste
3 tbsp Cilantro, fresh leaves
3 Russet potatoes, medium sized

Condiments

2 tbsp Soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

50 Square store-bought wonton, skins

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Sichuan peppercorns, roasted and ground

Oils & Vinegars

1 Canola or vegetable oil
1 tsp Sesame oil

Dairy

2 oz Cheddar cheese
4 oz Farmer's cheese
