"Poet-Tree"-- great idea for a poetry unit! (Could also put the students' names in with the famous poets!!!)

This display is to promote books that are linked in some way, not the obvious formula fiction series which sell themselves, but books linked in more subtle ways - so subtle that students may not have realised the links! Library Displays.

Library Displays: Take a Look I like the idea of putting a one-word description on a bookmark in the book.

Not a huge fan of the display itself, but I like the "Fall in love with a good book" tagline for YA fiction section

Library Displays...not just library about just a winter bulletin board...culd be up from mid-December through February...even March in some places. Like it!

Library Displays- in love with this just because it's HP lol

Library Displays: Do NOT Read these Books! Interesting way to get kids interested in reading. Taking books that have actually been banned and list the reasons why.

Great Fall Display Idea -- This display is by Bess Gonglewski - she is responsible for the displays and bulletin boards at the Marriott Library at the Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland (USA).

I pulled together a wide range of survival stories for this display, heroic stories of surviving war, recoveries from shark attacks, surviving tsunamis, surviving accidents, surviving tragic childhoods .....

Library Displays=We should do this for the end of the next school year through Octoberish. Give students 6 or 7 months to turn in reading logs and short form about each book. Reward top two readers with gift certificates and maybe a pizza party for all who hit 50.
