Carrabba's Bread Dip - 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 Tbsp crushed black pepper, 1 Tbsp dried oregano, 1 Tbsp dried rosemary, 1 Tbsp dried basil, 1 Tbsp dried parsley, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 2 tsp garlic salt - In a container with a lid, combine all the ingredients together. Store mixture in the refrigerator until needed. Put 1 Tbs. of mix in small dish per person. Pour extra-virgin olive oil over the mixture, and dip warm sourdough or French bread into the mixture.
Two recipes in one! Edited to my recipe: Carrabba’s Bread Dip Spices: In a small dish measure: 1/4 tsp. each dried thyme, italian seasoning, rosemary, minced garlic & kosher/sea salt. Measure & add 1/8 tsp each black pepper & red pepper flakes. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Add a dash of balsamic vineagrette.
Carrabba's Bread Dipping Spice - double the salt. My preference is to mix the whole batch with 1/4 cup oil. Lots of flavor!
