Pumpkin Pudding Cake. Made this for a pumpkin bake-off at work. It was super nums. Only problem I ran into was that my butter was soft, not hard for the topping so it ended up kind of floating in the pumpkin pudding but once baked, it was all good. Super delish.
Crescent rolls, 16 oz cream cheese, 1 c sugar 1 t vanilla. Spread crescent rolls on bottom of baking dish. Spread cream cheese mix. Spread second can crescent rolls. Spread melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Bake 325 20-30 mins.
