I am not a fan of cupcakes, but Ice cream cone cupcakes were always the best :) My mom made them for my birthday treat in elementary school every year, I've always liked being different ;)

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes. These cupcakes are incredibly simple to make, and are so easy to customize. You can change the frosting or sprinkles to match just about anything! I made a chocolate shell to dip these in if you want — feel free to sub white chocolate or butterscotch chips!

Too stinking' cute! A must-try for sure! Afraid mine probable won't turn out lookin' like this though :)

Your guests will be surprised after they take their first bite in this ice cream cone. This deceiving little dessert is actually a cupcake! The cupcake batter is baked in mini ice cream cones and the “ice cream” on top is actually a mint chocolate chip buttercream.

Another pinner said: Kids birthday ice cream cupcakes! I just used store-bought tubs of icing(except I made the green), filled ziploc bags, cut the corner off, and piped on the icing. It works in a pinch! I used gumdrops instead of gum balls and used cookie icing for the "chocolate syrup" because it has that drippy look. These are so easy and cute!! Big hit!!
