I tried this and it is wonderful!! What a tasty and easy crockpot meal. We are not onion people and I didn't have one on hand so I omited that. I also used frozen corn. GREAT!! 7-8 hours on low in the crock pot for Slow cooker cheesy chicken and rice. I tried this tonight and OMG it was sooooo good and so easy! Definite keeper!
Crockpot Corn Chowder 4 potatoes (peeled and diced) 1 Can of cream corn 1 Can of whole kernel corn 2 Cups of chicken broth 8 Ounces of diced ham 1 Cups of diced onions 1/4 Cups of butter 2 Cups of half and half Place potatoes, both cans of corn, chicken broth, ham, and onions into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Mash the mixture to your desired consistency and then add the butter and half and half. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, and you are set.
Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes - made these and EVERYONE wanted to recipe...too easy!!! Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of crock. ~Top with half of onion, cheese and bacon. ~Repeat layers. ~Top with cream of chicken soup. ~Cook on low of 8 to 10 hours
Loaded Potato and Buffalo Chicken Casserole - 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed (1″) 6-8 medium skin on red potatoes, cut in 1/2″ cubes 1/3 c olive oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp paprika 2 Tbsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp hot sauce (more if you like it HOT) Topping: 2 c fiesta blend cheese 1 c crumbled bacon 1 c diced green onion
I make this all of the time and anyone that eats it is blown away. Comfort food at it's best! So easy! Combine 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2-10.75 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of butter (sliced) and 42 oz. of chicken broth in your crock pot. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours. Add bag of egg noodles. cook for 1 more hour.
