Homemade "Vicks Vapor shower disks BAKED METHOD / 1 cup of baking soda and 1/3 cup of water (plus maybe a few tbslp more) and baking for 20 minutes at 350. THEN add a few drops of each essential oils to the cooled "puck". Remove the liners before the pan has completely cooled. Store in plastic container, mason jar, etc.
How to Make Homemade Vicks Vapor Shower Disks Just in time for cold and flu season! Mix 2-3 cups of baking soda with water until you have made a thick paste. Add 15 drops of essential oils. Spoon into a muffin tin with paper liner and let sit for 12-18 hours. When needed, take out of paper liner and put on floor of your shower. Essential oils will steam away your stuffy nose.
Ingredients 1 c. honey 1 c. lemon juice 5-7 radishes 1 sm. red onion 6 garlic cloves (If my cloves are super-small, I use a couple more.) Dump everything into the blender and blend until smooth. Strain. Refrigerate between uses, for up to a week or so.
