    Roasted green beans. These were quite good. I've made them three times this week after buying a bag of fresh beans at the farmer's market. I added garlic and that made them even better. I've kind of gotten into roasted veggies in general... the last batch I did cauliflower, green beans, green onions, mushrooms, red peppers and grape tomatoes. Just toss with olive oil, salt & pepper and some minced garlic. Then bake according to the instructions in this recipe. Yum!

Crispy Baked Parmesan Green Bean Fries 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 2 Place green beans on prepared baking pan, Sprinkle seasonings and parmesan cheese evenly over green beans. 4. Place green beans in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy!
