Walnut crusted salmon: 1/2 c panko, 1/2 c crushed walnuts, 1 lb salmon fillets, 1/4 t sea salt, 1/4 t pepper, 3 T lemon juice. preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, combine panko and walnuts. Place salmon fillets in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; drizzle with lemon juice. Press panko mixture on the top. Place in oven and bake 15 min.
